Fertility Massage/Abdominal-Womb-Sacral Massage

Fertility Massage is a natural, non-invasive therapy that gently manipulates the organs, muscles and ligaments of the abdominal area, shifting them into place and promoting proper gynaecological and gastrointestinal functioning, enhancing general health and boosting fertility.

Compared to other massage therapies, the focus of Fertility Massage is the position and health of the uterus. Proper alignment is important because when reproductive organs are misaligned, internal pressure obstructs the flow of blood, lymph and chi energy, and also disrupts nerve connections.

It combines a variety of traditional therapeutic techniques that help to restore the optimal position of the womb and her surrounding organs, promoting natural balance within the pelvic and abdominal area.

Ideal to overcome fertility challenges, but anyone can benefit if suffering from PMS, cramps, irregular menstruation, endometriosis, digestive/bladder issues and many more conditions as listed below.

Are you trying to conceive?

Although balance can be restored at every stage, if you are trying to conceive the advice is to start Fertility Massage, possibly integrated with other therapies, at least 90 days prior to conception. This would allow you to experience three full cycles of repositioning, improved energy and blood flow, relaxation, cleansing, nutritional changes and emotional healing, giving you the best chance for a successful start. Through this more thoughtful and holistic approach you will create a safe and optimal environment for your baby to be conceived and sustained.

Fertility Massage can be used in conjunction with medical treatments such as IVF, IUI etc. By providing fresh, oxygenated blood to the reproductive area as well as nutrients, it can increase your success rate of implantation.
